Willows is a small but caring and dedicated shelter that has been helping stray and abandoned cats for many years. The cats we rescue are de-flead, wormed and neutered before re-homing . If you live in Tyne & Wear, Northumberland & Durham area and have space in your home and your heart for a cat companion, do give us a call to find out about the fab felines currently in our care.

Cat Adoption

Here at Willows we devote love, care and medical attention to a great many stray, sick, unwanted and neglected cats and kittens every year. We believe cats should be precious members of our families and deserve to be valued, loved and adored. We want our rescued cats and kittens to be placed in truly loving, caring homes with responsible people who will treasure them, keep them safe and pay attention to their medical needs when necessary.

Drop in Advice Centre

We also operate a drop in advice centre between Wednesday and Saturday providing advice about anything relating to cats, their problems, neutering, adoption, fleaing, worming, feeding, anything and everything! You can visit us for advice time any time when we are open without an appointment.
